I came to know the course from a colleague I work with; he had completed it and recommended it to me..
How is the rehabilitation treatment of spine diseases managed in your country?
The rehabilitation treatment in England varies based on knowledge, from observation to surgery and everything in between, like exercises and bracing, and these together yield the best outcomes.
Scoliosis: how is it treated?
A scoliosis success is preventing worsening of the Cobb angle, rotation and quality of life. Scoliosis is treated using exercises and bracing and, in severe cases, surgical intervention.
What aspects of actual clinical practice would you like to see improved in your country?
Knowledge of other healthcare providers to refer rather than share false information. There should be a register they all know to find local as possible help.
What aspects of actual clinical practice would you like to see improved in your country?
I would like to see improved understanding of scoliosis and how to manage patients most effectively, including communication, not just the physical treatment. And learning from other experienced practitioners, picking up tricks and ideas and seeing how we all think differently.
